So as I was looking through this chapter, I couldn’t help but feel like Jian Yi’s shirt was familiar to me. At the time I couldn’t pin point where I recognized the rose imprinted design from but looking back – Zhan Zheng Xi wears the same shirt (in a grey color) with the same rose design in chapters 146 - 169.
ZhanYi have matching shirts, you guys.
Also this next part is probably just purely coincidental, but I adore how the newer panel of them resembles this older one of them in elementary school. It was the day they first met – Jian Yi was a flower, with a flower even on his shirt.. and Zhan Zheng Xi was a stem of leaves (essentially completing one another). In the newer panel, Jian Yi has a flower on his shirt and a leaf which happened to be blowing in the wind landed on Zhan Zheng Xi’s shirt. This parallel is just beautiful, even if not done purposefully.
